Humanitarian Award - Marlene Penn Trotman

, Founder of the Family Support Network. Mrs. Penn-Trotman is a founding member of the Christmas on Main Street Committee along with Portia Harrigan, Dolores Christopher and Cromwell Smith, before moving back home in 2000. She has at times almost single handedly spearheaded the non-profit event over the course of the ten year history. Not deterred by the many demands already on her time, Mrs. Penn-Trotman became a member of the Prison Ministry in 2002 and still serves in that capacity. In 2003, she was appointed by the Governor to the Public Service Commission and served for six years. She also volunteers with a number of service organizations and heads a robust cooking program at the Althea Scatliffe Primary School.

, Owner of UMI Fashions. Debbie is the Managing Director and Fashion Consultant of UMI on Wickham’s Cay. Ms. Reynolds-O’Neal is also the Executive Producer, Director and Stylist on the Virgin Islands Premier reality series The UMI Ultimate Makeover Show and Fabulous @ 50+. She is also the producer of the popular UMI Funky Fashion Fridays and the Annual Rhythm & Style Fashion Showcase, a charity catwalk show dedicated to raising funds for the Family Support Network.
